🍰 Strawberry Cloud Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries
- Whipped cream
- Butter for the pan
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar
- Extra berries for topping
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Whisk in the egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a pan with butter and pour in the batter.
- Cook until golden on both sides.
- Stack the pancakes and top with whipped cream, strawberries, and syrup.
